Me and my 2 roommates have a 4bd/ 2 ba house close to csuc campus (about a 5 min bike ride) and need a 4th person! It is a two story house with a full basement and backyard right next to the entrance of the park--Really fun house! All of us are females attending either Chico State or Butte College (aged 19-20). We like to have fun on the weekends but like to keep our grades up as well! We are trying to find someone similar, fun, outgoing and easy to get along with! The house has a washer, dryer, central heating and air, hardwood floors and much more! Willing to work with you on a room, one is 375 per month and the other is 410 (due to size)!
